Build Your Case Processes

How to create default workflows for cases in eimmigration

Case processes define the default steps, forms, and required documents for each type of matter. Creating consistent processes ensures your team follows the same workflow every time.

When to complete this task

During onboarding, or whenever your workflows or the law changes.

Basic steps

  • Go to Admin Tools → Case Processes
  • Configure forms, steps, documents, questionnaires, billing items, and letters
  • Save your process

Step-by-step instructions

Step 1: Navigate to Your eimmigration Portal URL
Step 2: Click Administrative Tools in Top Right corner
  • Hover over Cog icon in top right corner
  • Click Administrative Tools
Step 3: Select Case Processes
  • Under File Access, select Case Processes
Step 4: For each process type, add or remove default forms
Step 5: Add process steps with descriptions and due dates
Step 6: Add document checklist items
Step 7: Link billing items and letter templates
