How to access your eimmigration account and recover your login

Logging in gets you to your clients, cases, forms, and messages. Use these steps to access your account and recover your credentials if needed.

When to complete this task

At the start of your day, and anytime you need to recover your login.

Basic steps

  • Go to your firm’s caseworker URL
  • Click Forgot Username or Forgot Password if needed
  • If you still can’t sign in, ask an admin to email credentials or reset your password

Step-by-step instructions

Step 1: Open your firm’s eimmigration caseworker URL
Step 2: Enter your username and password, then click Login
Step 3: If you forgot your username or password, click Forgot Username or Forgot Password and follow the prompts
Step 4: If you still can’t log in, ask an admin to:
  • Email Credentials from Admin Tools → Users, or
  • Reset Password and confirm your account is Enabled

Notes

  •  Avoid copy/paste when using temporary passwords (hidden spaces cause errors)
  • Change your password after your first successful login
