How to add your firm’s logo to your eimmigration portal
You can customize your eimmigration login page with your firm’s logo so staff and clients instantly recognize your workspace.
This article walks you through uploading your logo and refreshing your portal for a professional, branded experience.
When to complete this task
We recommend you add your firm's branding during initial setup so that staff and clients see your firm’s identity immediately.
Basic steps
- Click on 'Admin Tools → Application Settings → Branding'
- Upload a 300x70 .GIF file of your firm's logo.
- Click 'Save.'
- Refresh your browser.
Step-by-step instructions
Step 1: Navigate to Brand Settings
Login to your eimmigration account.
- Hover over the gear icon in the top right corner and click Administrative Tools.
- Scroll to the bottom of the admin panel and click Application Settings.
- Then click Branding, located in the middle of the right side menu.
Step 2: Upload your logo
Click the Upload File button to open the Upload File box.
From here, you can either:
- Click in the blank box and locate the logo file on your computer
- Or you can drag and drop the file into the blank box.
Once the file has uploaded, the Upload File box will close automatically.
Note that your logo file must be a 300x70px .GIF file. The maximum file size is 100 MB.
Step 3: Save and refresh
Click Save.
You can press F5 on your keyboard to refresh your browser and see the change immediately. You may need to clear your cache files for your new logo to show up.

Helpful hints
Be sure to have your logo file in the right size andformat before you start this process. It will need to be:
- 300x70px
- Less than 100MB
- .GIF file
